The main building end and the block give the building its characteristic appearance, the stair tower at the end increases this effect. Whilst the north side is designed as a solid perforated façade with winter gardens, the south and garden side appears to be open light and cosmopolitan with loggias, terraces and windowed areas. The end of the building and the north façade are finished in blackened clinker brick. The garden façade with its recessed loggias is composed of white dyed high quality finished concrete.
